"Really enjoyed my session here. A much needed time for myself while sweating away the toxins. I could feel the difference compared to regular sauna, could feel the effect penetrating to deeper tissues with heart rate elevating towards the end. "Tried first time at Heliospa in Empire, Subang Jaya. As it's my first time trying Infrared Sauna, i had queries which was well addressed by Ms Tan. Great explanation along with body composition measurement and report were provided. Sauna session is 45 minutes and 1 litre of lemon/seasalt water provided. A lot of sweating during this time, felt rejuvenated and increase in energy level after the session. Will definitely come again :-)!"
